Formation and Education Opportunities
New classes begin at 9:45a on September 10.
A Brief Overview of the Bible (Adults) – Have you found yourself unsure of what the Bible contains? Or wondered why it is the way it is? Join Pastor Dave as he provides us with a brief introduction to the Bible – its books, its construction, its importance to our faith, and more. (Fellowship Center)
Earth Care (Adults) – Join us this fall as we explore important topics related to our stewardship of God's creation. Each week will feature a new topic and guest speaker. We'll explore soil biology, edible landscaping, solar energy, forest management, local farm to fork efforts, and new work in recycling. (Office Conference Room)
Chat & Chew (Grades 6-12) – Middle school and high school students will gather to explore various topics and themes in light of our faith. How do we live out our discipleship in our everyday lives, with its everyday challenges? Discussions are led by Ashley Neufeld, Youth Leader. (Youth & Children's Center)
Spark! (Ages 4 - 6th Grade) – This fall, children will explore the stories of Hannah, Samuel, and David. They'll consider how God calls each of us to live faithfully and to see God at work in the world. Children will explore stories through drama, art, games, and more. Classes are led by Cathy Lovejoy, Director of Christian Education. (Youth & Children's Center)
Nursery (Birth - 3 years) Our youngest children hear a Bible story and engage in creative play each week as they learn about God's love for them. The nursery is fully staffed by trained care givers. (Youth & Children's Center)
