Introduction to the Theology of Father Richard Rohr (Adults) One of the more popular (and controversial) voices in the church today is Father Richard Rohr. He has written over 30 books and runs the very well-known Center for Action and Contemplation in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Join Pastor Dave as we take an introductory look at some of his theology. Topics include: the two halves of life, living in the present moment, contemplation, and the Trinity. (Fellowship Center)
Earth Care (Adults) Join us this fall as we explore important topics related to our stewardship of God's creation. Each week will feature a new topic and time for discussion and reflection as we consider the ways that God has called us to care for, protect, and celebrate all of creation. (Office Conference Room)
Middle School Youth Group (Grades 6-8) All middle schoolers are invited to join us in the Youth Room every Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m. (Note the earlier start time.) We’ll explore our faith and have some fun together. (Youth & Children’s Center)
High School (Grades 9-12) High school students are welcome to join their parents in one of the two adult education classes or they may join with Ashley in helping to lead our middle school students in the Youth Room.
Spark (Ages 4 - 6th Grade) Each week this fall, children will explore the stories of Abraham, Sarah, Isaac and Rebekah. Through drama, science, art, games, and more, we'll discover God's faithfulness to us. Cathy Lovejoy leads the children's class. (Youth & Children’s Center)
Nursery (Birth through Age 3) – Nursery care is available during both worship services and the education time. While in the nursery, children hear Bible stories and play together with our fully trained nursery staff. Nursery care is available from 8:15 – 11:45 a.m. every Sunday. Follow the painted lamb path to the nursery in the Youth and Children’s Center. (YCC)
